If your parcel is damaged, you must claim it from the carrier within 48 hours. Please take a photo of the damage and send it to us at email@example.com together with the order number. At the same time, fill in a claim report with the carrier who delivered the parcel to you.
We send packages the next day after the order.
Delivery time depends on the carrier, but usually within 2 working days in the Czech Republic and within a week in Europe.
Yes, you can pick up the goods at our warehouse at Tiskařská 599/12, Praha 10.
Yes, we can make an order for a goods, that are not in stock. We will notice you individually about the delivery time.
